The Annual Huckleberry Festival is held in September, always the weekend following Labor Day in Daubenspeck Park, Bingen,
Washington. Please feel free to call with any questions or comments to Denise Stewart at 509-493-3607.

We would ask that the following vendor check-in, operating and tear down hours be strictly adhered to unless approved by a Huck
Fest committee member.

We require a copy of your valid $1,000,000 vendor liability insurance policy covering the dates of the festival, to be mailed with
your application and payment to the mailing address provided.

If you are a local vendor (non-food) and need a liability insurance policy good for one year, you can download the insurance
application at Act Insurance

**Food Vendors are required to obtain a Food Handlers permit with the Klickitat County Health Department.

To bring up the form and to avoid a late fee, register two weeks prior to the event. You can register months in advance.

Your merchandise is your responsibility. Night security is provided but we ask you to secure your tent for safety with using a zipper
lock or removal of your items to a safe location. Be sure to anchor your tents with weights in case of high winds.

All vendors are responsible for their garbage removal. Dumpsters are available at the north side of the park. Do not leave your
garbage in the park following the event. Please ask if you cannot locate the dumpster.

Absolutely no soliciting outside your designated, rented space.

We are hoping vendors would like to remain open during hours of entertainment on Saturday night,
